We'll have a 30-minute chat (phone call, or let's meet IRL if you're in the GTA!) all about you, your business, your dreams and goals. If you're ready to book, amazing! I will send you a detailed quote with timeline and invoice, and take a 25% deposit to hold your spot in the design queue.
I'll be sending you a brand questionnaire with questions about your business, your dream clients, mission, vision and goals. Design questions, such as colours you like (or don't like!), or examples of brands you admire are also included.
We will also start sharing ideas via a collaborative Pinterest board (not a pinner? No problem. Sending images via email or Google drive works just as well).
I'll design a mood board for your approval - a collage of colours, imagery and font ideas that help define the look and feel of your brand. As one of the first steps in the branding process, this is an opportunity to ensure our ideas are aligned, and that I fully understand your brand’s vision.

This phase is all about me doing my thing! In the next few weeks, I'll be designing your custom branding. This includes logo suite (primary logo, secondary logo, variations, submark or monogram), colour palette, font pairings, and 2 collateral designs (such as business card or social card) to see all of your custom branding pieces in action. I'll welcome any feedback from you, and we'll work on refining the final look.

Your branding is finished and you're in love... the logos, fonts, colours - gorgeous! Now let's see it all in action. I'll need all of your final copywriting and photos to begin the design of your website. Based on what we discussed during the Discovery Phase, I will design and develop mockups of each webpage for your feedback.

Let's Launch! Your website will go live, and you’re ready for promotion. I will give you all downloadable, ready-to-use files and resources for you to start using asap. I'll send you a Brand Book with guidelines on how to use your new branding pieces consistently and correctly. I also provide optional Canva training if needed.
